Details:

Join us Saturday, September 17th for a 60 minute all abilities hike to celebrate Friendship Month. Bring a friend, reconnect with a friend you have lost touch with or make a new one. A good friendship is like food for your soul – it nourishes you and keeps you going. Dogs are welcome, but must be on leash. We will meet in the trailhead parking lot and begin the hike promptly at 9:00am.We welcome and celebrate all bodies and abilities. Come as you are, be welcomed as you are, feel empowered as you are.Womeness In the Wilderness is a financially inclusive series, meaning cost is free with option to donate. All donations go directly towards the operations of Womeness Community to continue to put on events and create accessible content to empower women.

What to bring:

– Comfortable clothes you can move in (Mornings can be chilly, but you will warm up quickly on this hike)
– Wear layers in case you get warm
– Water (hydration)
– Sunglasses/ Sunscreen
– Leash & doggy bags (if you are bringing your pup or want to help clean up along the trails!)

Parking:

Parking is located at the trailhead and includes a gravel lot with room for 15 cars as well as a vault toilet. We encourage carpooling and arriving a little early.
