Details:
– Join us Saturday, April 9th for a 50 minute all-levels and abilities strength and flexibility workout. Designed to get your heart pumping and leave you feeling empowered and strong. No equipment required, all you need is you and your miraculous body.
We will meet at the bandshell in Kleiner Park and class will start promptly at 9:30 am with a mobility warmup followed by an all levels and abilities strength class.
We welcome and celebrate all bodies and abilities. Come as you are, be welcomed as you are, feel empowered as you are.
Womeness In the Wilderness is a financially inclusive series, meaning cost is free with option to donate. All donations go directly towards the operations of Womeness Community to continue to put on events and create accessible content to empower women.
What to bring:
– Comfortable clothes you can move it. (Mornings can be chilly before warmup and weather can be unpredictable)
– Wear layers in case you get warm or need to warm up
– Water (hydration!)
– Optional sweat towel (Womeness sweat towels and swag will be available for purchase should you choose.)
– Sunglasses / Sunscreen
Parking:
Parking is available throughout the Kleiner Park Loop as well as in the Village at Meridian. (We always encourage carpooling when possible!)
