Join us Saturday, March 5th for an invigorating hike up Table Rock with a meditation at the top led by Lauren Lee from Calm Point. We will meet at the Old Penitentiary Trailhead and Table Rock Trail parking a little before 9:30 am and begin our hike at 9:30 am. We welcome and celebrate all abilities. Come as you are, be welcomed as you are, feel empowered as you are.
Womeness In the Wilderness is a financially inclusive series, meaning cost is free with option to donate. All donations go directly towards the operations of Womeness Community to continue to put on events and create accessible content to empower women.

What to bring:
- Waterproof gear & layers as weather can be unpredictable! (windbreaker, coat, gloves, warm socks, liners, thermals, layers, hats, ear warmers, gators, scarves, etc.)
- Water (hydration!)Wear comfortable layers in case you get warm or need to warm up.
- Snacks (trail mix, fruit, and jerky are a few light packing ideas!)
- Backpack or fanny pack to carry keys, wallet (we recommend not leaving personal items in car at parking lot), snacks, and water.
Parking: Parking is free at the Old Penitentiary Trailhead and Table Rock Trail parking, located at the trailhead. Parking lot can get busy, we encourage carpooling where you can.
Womeness in the Wilderness is held the first Saturday of each month as a way to encourage women to enjoy the outdoors and connect with other women in the area. Location and experience changes monthly. WIW is a space for women to connect in the outdoors and empower one another.
